How can you be an Ogre?
Thoq is able to be an Ogre almost all of his time in World of Warcraft by using the Carved Ogre Idol. (wowwiki) It's a trinket that allows one to look like an Ogre for 10 minutes with a cooldown of 10 minutes. As a result, unless Thoq dies, or wants to take a taxi he can stay in the Ogre suit.
If you'd like to be an ogre, I've found the best way to go about getting the idol is to buy the UDE points on e-Bay. Good luck. I paid about $50-60 (I forget how much total now) to get the suit by only buying points when the prices were reasonable.
